My account has been closed and I don't know why

A gambling company has the right to close any account and it may do so for many reasons which include:

  • if there is a risk of harm
  • if their terms and conditions have been broken
  • if there is a risk of damage to the business, for example suspicion of money laundering.

Gambling businesses should always act according to their terms and conditions which should be clearly stated online.

You should complain directly to the gambling business and follow the complaints process.
