Thrive is a free Mental Health App which helps to track your mood or access exercises that help to ease stress or emotional concerns.

Woebot is a free Health and Wellbeing App which uses Artificial Intelligence to help you improve your overall health and wellbeing.

Occupational Health

These are professional medical advisors who can give advice on workplace adjustments that could help you to be at your best at work when managing a health concern. They also provide confidential counselling upon referral.

Mental Health First Aiders

We have trained Mental Health First Aiders to provide support within the workplace.
