Complain about the Gambling Commission

We take complaints about the Gambling Commission or our employees seriously.

We want to ensure any complaints are dealt with efficiently and quickly. We use the opportunity to rectify any mistakes that have been made to improve our quality of work.

You can make a complaint if you are not happy with the service you've received from us.

It's our job to make sure licensed gambling businesses meet all the conditions of their gambling licences, including making sure gambling is fair, safe and free of crime.

If your complaint is about a gambling business

We can not resolve or make decisions on complaints regarding gambling-related transactions.

If you're not happy with the service you have had or disagree about the outcome of a gambling transaction, you'll need to complain directly to the gambling business and follow its complaints procedure.
