How do I make changes to my licence?

You need to tell us about changes with your business that affect your licence.

You can make most changes to your licence online, through eServices (opens in new tab). Changes you can make online are:

  • trading names
  • domain names
  • registered address
  • correspondence address
  • contact details such as email address
  • increasing or decreasing your fee category
  • adding or removing a licened activity.

Some changes require your licence to be reissued. In most cases licence changes are completed within a few minutes, some others can take longer.

Fees must be paid by credit or debit card online before any changes are made to your licence.

We will let you know when your updated licence is ready to download from eServices.

You may also need to report some changes as key events.
