Pay and pension

Pay

  • Your salary is determined by the grade and associated pay range of your role
  • salaries are reviewed annually in the annual pay review and any changes are applied from 1st April each year
  • your pay is made up of a basic salary and a non guaranteed annual bonus

Pension

When you join the Commission you will be provided with information about the pension schemes on offer to you. If you are already a member of the Civil Service Pension Scheme, arrangements may be available for you to continue your benefits.
